Prayer items for week ending 17 Oct 11

  1. Pray for the brothers and sisters who will be baptised on next Sunday 16 Oct. May the Lord strengthen them and bless them in their Christian walk.
  2. Updates on Xue Bin & Li Zhu’s situation- Home Office has been given permission to appeal against the judgement by the judge to allow Li Zhu to stay. They ar now waiting for the appeal judge to reconsider the case and decide if the original judgement would be upheld. Please continue to pray earnestly for God to intervene so that a correct judgement will be given.
  3. Pray for all new students that they adapt well to the new environment and life in the universities.
  4. Pray for our church that God will show us His plan for BCCC and direct& guide us to fulfil His will in Bradford.
  5. Pray for the Christians in this country that they may express their faith and witness for Christ in their work environment without being persecuted.
  6. Pray for peace in Middle-East & Arab world.
  7. Pray for the the famine in Africa that the people will get help for their terrible state.
  8. Pray for the global economic & financial problems which will affect people ‘s lives everywhere.
